Gongan Business Model

In February 1993, Gongan Consultancy Pty Ltd was formed with the goal of developing a cross-cultural business engagement process that can be applied by private corporations and government when engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations, businesses and communities.

A process that allowed people with different cultural values and limited business/ management experience to gain a greater understanding of the industry, business or partnership they have decided to engage with.

A process that facilitates discussion, clarity and actions towards finding their cultural, social, environmental and economic balance of the business; and
Identifying the Cultural and Spiritual base of your business actions is central to this planning process.
